Led a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative study to map pain points and needs within Brazil's impact procurement ecosystem, engaging 35 stakeholders and surveying 101 respondents. This foundational research informed the creation of the Ecoa Coalition, catalyzing collaborative efforts to integrate small and growing businesses into corporate supply chains with positive social and environmental outcomes.
Leveraged insights from our Ecoa Scenarios research to author the Brazil chapter for the World Economic Forum's State of Social Procurement report, published at Davos 2025. This strategic contribution positioned Brazil as a leader in social procurement, influencing global policy dialogue and demonstrating the potential for integrating impact-driven businesses into global supply chains.
Implemented a USAID and Visa Foundation-backed initiative (2020-2021) to enhance market access for Black women-led businesses in Brazil through research, partnerships, and innovative local solutions. This project significantly reduced systemic barriers and unlocked inclusive economic growth, directly inspiring ongoing work with the Ecoa Coalition to expand its reach and impact.
